Animals are of different kinds they can be classified as follows Mammals birds amphibians pieces insects mammals include animals that give birth to live young ones such as horse donkey cat dog cow Buffalo lion tiger etc.

Mammals



These mammals have four legs and are also called four-footed animals most mammals have hair on their body and a 10th man is also a mammal he uses his four limbs as hands parts of a cow tail ears eyes legs

Birds



These animals with wings include pigeon Menna hornbill flamingo etc but have a small head to shop eyes a beak two legs two wings and feathers on their bodies all birds have ears to their soft down feathers keep them warm and the long feathers help them to fly.

Reptiles



These animals crawl on their bellies these include lizard garden lizard chameleon tor toys snake and earth warm they have two short four limbs and two short hind limbs that cannot support their body weight as a result they crawl on land reptiles have scales on their bodies the scales protect the animal from enemies and prevent water loss from the body\

These include animals like frog and Toad they have four legs and webbed feet they hop on land and swim in the water a frog has a short squat body and moist skin it has long hinge legs that help in leaping a toad has a short squat body dry water skin and short legs both frog and toad don't have tail pi says these include different varieties of fish that live only in water they have scales on their bodies that do not allow water to stick to the body surface they have gills which help them to breathe in water some fish have air bladder that helps them to float on the water surface how do fish swim in water

Insects



These include animals that have six legs such as mosquitoes house flies bees cockroaches butterflies etc most of they are small in size and have wings for flying each mosquito and housefly has three pairs of legs and a pair of wings special body parts, in general, the head trunk legs, and tail are the important parts of an animal body. however, some animals have special body parts wings the birds have wings that are modified forelimbs some insects fly with wings that are thin folds of skin trunk the elephant looks so different from other animals because of its trunk the trunk acts like it's hand the elephant also has two tusks baked white teeth along with the trunk these are made of ivory hair and fur camel that lives in the warm area have skin and very little hair on its body so that it can survive there polar BIA that lives in the cold area have a thick coat of fur on its body it helps polar bear to trap the body heat camelpolar bear shell animals such as the Tor toys turtle and snail have a hard covering on their body called the shell when an enemy comes near them hidethemselves under the shell quills these are long pointed spines that grow on the back and sides of a porcupine they protect it from enemies snail long jaw and moist skin crocodiles have long jaws long tail short legs and moist skin the moist skin helps them to breathe on land animal ears most animals have ears that can be seen called external ears or Pinner.

some animals have very small ears called internally as birds have tiny holes on both sides of their head they can hear sounds that humans cannot hear and the ears help them to maintain balance while flying
